Our products comes as a side product from the human food chain, offering great nutritional value and using valuable proteins that might otherwise be wasted, offering great nutritional value and helping to reduce food waste. Meanwhile, we’re committed to using fish that’s 100% sustainably-sourced and MSC certified. Vegetables are important too, of course, so we pack those into our dishes to ensure they’re rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
