- The code box is not working
If you are looking at the site on your handheld device, please try looking at the site again on your PC/Mac using a mainstream web browser. If you are still having problems, please try clicking towards the middle of the code box. - My code is taking a long time to be verified
Due to excessive demand, the site can sometimes be really busy, so the server can take a while to respond. If you do not receive a response in the time you have, please try again later. Your code will still be valid until you have selected your magazine. - I have not received an email from the website
Some email suppliers mark emails from promotional websites as spam. Adding info@uk.sheba.co.uk to your address book may help. However, unfortunately, the Emails may sometimes not even appear in your spam folder. If this happens, please contact us using the form opposite.
